As NZ growers, we take great pride in being environmentally conscious and sustainable. One way is by giving new life to the skins of the onions we harvest. Instead of discarding them in the landfill, we use them to benefit both the environment and our soil as natural compostables. We also supply them to other growers for the same functionality since we can’t use all the onion skins ourselves.
